Casa Navarro Cordeiro White Wine Selected Harvest 2023 is a wine produced using sustainable agricultural practices, without the use of herbicides and with natural fertilisation provided by our own animals. The grapes were hand-harvested into 15 kg boxes.
Upon arrival at the winery, the grapes were destemmed and underwent 12 hours of skin-contact maceration. Fermentation followed under controlled temperature, along with a 6-month ageing period in stainless steel with French oak staves, adding greater texture and complexity to the wine. It was subsequently aged for one year in bottle.
