Returns and Refund Policy

At Casa Navarro Cordeiro, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

Consumers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the order, without giving any reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unopened and sealed

  • Be unused and in the same condition in which it was received

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Products returned without prior contact and approval may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened or unsealed bottles

  • Products that have been damaged after delivery

  • Custom or personalised products

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at geral@casanavarrocordeiro.pt.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photographs of the product

  • Photographs of the packaging

We will assess the situation and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund, or other suitable solution.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to receive a different product, the fastest solution is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving and verifying the returned goods.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

Original shipping costs are not refunded, except where the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective item.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received the funds, please contact us at geral@casanavarrocordeiro.pt.
