These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of this website and the purchase of products marketed under the Casa Navarro Cordeiro brand, including wines and related products.
By using this website and/or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
3. Legal Drinking Age
The sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under 18 years of age is strictly prohibited.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where there is reasonable suspicion of non-compliance.
4. Products
Wines are natural agricultural products and may vary between vintages, including differences in colour, aroma, alcohol content, or sensory profile.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only.
We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, prices, or discontinue products without prior notice.
5. Prices
All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include VAT at the applicable Portuguese rate.
Shipping costs are displayed before order completion.
6. Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
An order is only deemed accepted after confirmation by email and receipt of payment.
We reserve the right to refuse orders due to stock unavailability, manifest pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
7. Payment
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers, including Shopify Payments or other authorized financial institutions.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery is available within the Iberian Peninsula (Portugal and Spain).
Delivery times are estimates and not legally binding.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the consumer upon delivery of the goods.
9. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Portuguese Decree-Law no. 24/2014 and applicable European consumer legislation, consumers have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days without providing any reason.
The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day the goods are received.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been opened or unsealed after delivery.
